MEET CARMEN
Carmen Bullen, Nurse Practitioner and Director of Carmen Bullen Aesthetics, has over 20 years of experience in general practice and over 7 years specializing in skin health. Her passion for understanding the ageing process and skin conditions has led to further studies in skin cancer medicine, aesthetic medicine, and the Advanced Certificate of General Dermatology through the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

Prices
At Carmen Bullen Aesthetics, transparency and patient safety are at the heart of everything we do. You may notice that specific details about cosmetic treatments, pricing, or before-and-after results are not displayed on our website or social media. This is because, under Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations introduced on 7 March 2024, clinics are restricted from publicly advertising certain prescription-only (Schedule 4) cosmetic treatments or using terminology that describes these procedures.
While this may make it harder to compare providers, these guidelines exist to protect your safety and maintain the highest ethical and medical standards within the industry.
Please know that we are not being secretive — we are simply adhering to these national regulations. We remain committed to open and honest communication, and we are more than happy to share all information about treatments, suitability, and pricing in a private consultation, tailored to your individual goals and concerns.
Cancellation Policy
At Carmen Bullen Aesthetics, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with the highest standard of care. As a small clinic, missed appointments or late cancellations can significantly impact our ability to accommodate other clients who are waiting for an appointment. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we always aim to be fair and understanding. However, to respect both your time and ours, the following cancellation policy applies:
Consultation Appointments:
A $100 booking fee is required at the time of booking.
This amount is fully redeemable on the day of your consultation.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited.
If 48 hours or more notice is provided, you may request a full refund or transfer the fee to another date.
Treatment Appointments:
All treatment bookings involving Schedule 4 (S4) medications also require a $100 booking fee, payable when booking.
This fee is fully redeemable toward your treatment on the day.
The same 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
Repeated No-Shows:
Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without notice may be required to prepay in full for future bookings or may not be permitted to rebook.
